To make this card, I started by using the Unbounded Love Dies to cut a label from Basic White Cardstock. I stamped my sentiment from the Unbounded Love Stamp Set onto it in Highland Heather Ink.

To create the window cutout and picture inside, I used the gorgeous Meandering Meadows Designer Series Paper (DSP). With the Stylish Shapes Dies, I cut out a square from a 4" x 5 1/4" panel of the cloud-pattern paper.

I also selected a scene to use inside the window and cut it out to be slightly larger than the square opening. I used household tape to secure the scene to the back of the window cutout panel. (I like to use tape when possible, to save on adhesive costs.)

Here's the beautiful Meandering Meadows DSP, which makes card-making easy:

I next placed some Stampin' Seal on the back of my stamped label. I folded over a 4" length of Night of Navy & Gold Glittered Ribbon, trimmed the ends, then adhered it to the label.

Using Stampin' Dimensionals™, I attached the sentiment to the window panel, and the window panel to a 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" Highland Heather Cardstock card base.

My final step was embellishing with Purple Fine Shimmer Gems.
