To make this card, I started by using the new Unbounded Love Dies to cut a label from Crumb Cake Cardstock. Then I stamped my sentiment from the Unbounded Love Stamp Set onto it in Blackberry Bliss Ink.
Here's the new bundle, which is so versatile that it can be used for many projects:
My next step was to adhere a 3" x 4" panel of Perennial Lavender DSP to a 3 1/4" x 4 1/4" panel of Blackberry Bliss Cardstock. I have hardly ever used Blackberry Bliss, despite liking it very much, so I was happy to have the chance to use it here. It's a great match with the DSP and really brings out the highlights!
I wrapped a length of Natural Polka Dot Trim around my panels, securing on the back with Mini Glue Dots. I used Stampin' Dimensionals™ to add the label. Then I fed a small length of the trim through the piece on the panels, tying and trimming.
This trim is quite stiff, so it ties smartly and trims very evenly. Here's a closer look at the Natural Polka Dot Trim:
To finish the card - which I love for its simple elegance - I used Stampin' Dimensionals™ to add the panels to a 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" Crumb Cake Cardstock card base. Then I embellished with the sparkly Purple Fine Shimmer Gems.
