Seaside Wishes Friendship Card

Friends, today I've got one more Seaside Wishes Bundle card for you. I love this terrific, summery bundle!

Here's my card for today:

To make this fun sand dollar card, I started by using Stylish Shapes Dies to cut two labels, from Pretty in Pink Cardstock and 2024-2026 In Color™ Glimmer Specialty Paper. Then I stamped my sentiment from the Seaside Wishes Bundle in Summer Splash Ink onto the Pretty in Pink label.

I then stamped a sand dollar in Petunia Pop Ink onto a scrap of Basic White Cardstock. Using the Bundle's dies, I cut out the sand dollar.

I chose to stamp the sand dollar in Petunia Pop because the actual colour of live sand dollars in my region of southwestern New Brunswick, Canada is a bright reddish purple. I took this photo on Campobello Island:

Next, I used the So Swirly Embossing Folder to emboss a 3" x 4 1/2" piece of Basic White Cardstock. I love this pattern, as it looks like ocean waves!

I then adhered the embossed paper to a 3 3/4" x 5" panel of Unbounded Beauty DSP. I added a piece of Summer Splash 3/8" Bordered Ribbon to the front of the card, wrapping one end of the ribbon over the top of the card and securing it on the back with Mini Glue Dots™.  

I layered on the sand dollar with Stampin' Dimensionals™, then added a bow from the Summer Splash Ribbon:

With Mini Glue Dots™, I adhered my two labels together, overlapping them a little to show the glitter beneath the sentiment. Then I used Stampin' Dimensionals™ to add them to the card panel.

I attached the completed panel to a 4" x 5 1/4" piece of Summer Splash Cardstock and embellished with 2024-2026 In Color™ Resin Dots. My final step was securing the panel to a 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" Pretty in Pink Cardstock card base.
