Friends, with the Victoria Day weekend coming up - the unofficial beginning of summer here in Canada - I'm thinking summery thoughts. I hope your weather is as stellar as ours has been lately!
So today I have a floral card for you. It features the Irresistible Blooms Bundle and coordinating Hello, Irresistible DSP.
I'll include a clickable photo supply list for you at the end of this post.
Here's how to make this card:
- Die cut the 2nd smallest rectangle from Scalloped Contours Dies out of Basic White Cardstock.
- Stamp sentiment from Irresistible Blooms Stamp Set in Petal Pink Ink onto right bottom of die cut.
- On a scrap of Basic White Cardstock, stamp large flower in Daffodil Delight Ink.
- Using Irresistible Blooms Dies, cut out stamped flower. Also cut out 2 leaves from Basic White Cardstock.
- Adhere a 2" x 5" strip of Hello, Irresistible DSP to a 2 1/4" x 5 1/4" strip of Petal Pink Cardstock.
- Attach strips to a 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" Soft Sea Foam Cardstock card base.
- Layer on stamped items, popping up with Stampin' Dimensionals™.
- Embellish with Glossy Dots Assortment.
I've really enjoyed using the Irresistible Blooms Bundle, as it has so many possibilities. The dies are particularly interesting:
