Trimming the Tree Card & SALE

How are your holiday cards coming along? If you're looking for a quick & easy make that you can readily replicate and change up as you wish, today's card just might be the ticket!

Featuring the Trimming the Tree stamp set and Painted Labels Dies, this card's holiday colours come from the Santa Express DSP. Ce jeu d'estampes est également disponible en français. To make this card, I first die-cut a fancy circle label and stamped my sentiment in Shaded Spruce. Then I cut four 2" squares from the DSP and adhered them to a 4" x 5 1/4" Basic White Cardstock panel. I attached a length of Real Red 3/8" Mini Ruffled Ribbon with glue dots, then used dimensionals to affix the stamped label over it. From there, I attached the decorated card panel to a 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" Thick White Cardstock card base and embellished with Red Rhinestone Basic Jewels. That's it - a real snap!

I like this card design especially because it's so easy to adapt to any occasion and colour scheme. Here's how the card looks with a completely different set of products used. (The stamp set and Lovely in Linen DSP pictured here are both part of this week's sale, too!)
