Ringed with Nature Painted Christmas Card

Friends, today I have a traditional red & green holiday card for you, using the Ringed with Nature Bundle. Le jeu d'estampes est également disponible en françaisIf you missed the previous Ringed with Nature holiday cards, you can find them here and here. I'll include a photo list of supplies at the end of this post.

This time, I went with the beautiful Painted Christmas paper and a colour scheme of Real Red & Garden Green:

I started off by stamping the sentiment in Garden Green on a scrap of Basic White Cardstock. Then I cut the words apart and added an angled cut at each end of the words for a decorative touch.

Next I used the Scalloped Contours Dies to cut out the largest scalloped rectangle in Garden Green and the Designer Tags Dies to cut out a tag to fit the sentiment, also in Garden Green.

To assemble the card, I adhered a 3 1/4" x 4 1/2" Painted Christmas DSP panel to the scalloped rectangle. I added a length of ribbon from the combo pack (see clickable list below) and secured it to the back of the panel with Mini Glue Dots. Then I used Stampin' Dimensionals to layer on the tag and sentiment, before also using dimensionals to attach the entire panel to a 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" Thick White card base. The final steps were to add a bow with glue dots and some Red Rhinestone Basic Jewels.
