Friends, today's card is an easy summertime make, using leftovers from the Confetti Birthday Kit.
I'll include a clickable photo supply list at the end of this post, to show the extra items needed.
Here's the card:
To make this card, I started by using a card base from the Confetti Birthday Kit - the Coastal Cabana card base containing 4 squares to punch out. These squares would normally just be discarded, but I used them in this project.
I also removed the stamp set from the kit. I then stamped the candle from the stamp set onto 3 of the squares, using inks in Flirty Flamingo, Crushed Curry, and Granny Apple Green.
Onto the 4th square, I stamped my sentiment on the diagonal, using the "Happy Birthday" stamp from the kit. I inked just the word "birthday" along the edge of my Coastal Cabana ink pad to create this effect.

Next, I used the Splatters embossing folder from the Stripes & Splatters 3D Embossing Folders to emboss a 3 1/4" x 4 3/4" Coastal Cabana Cardstock panel.
This panel *just* fits inside the folder, and the folder itself can be used in the Mini Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine.
The folders are great for providing abstract backgrounds:
To assemble, I used Stampin' Dimensionals™ to add my embossed panel to a 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" Coastal Cabana Cardstock card base. I used Mini Stampin' Dimensionals™ to attach the stamped squares.
My final step was adding embellishments from the Confetti Birthday Kit's shaker elements, using Multipurpose Liquid Glue and a Take Your Pick tool. (The tool's putty tip is great for picking up small items!)
