Friends, today I have a card for you featuring the beautiful Countryside Inn DSP. Bonus - it's 15% off thru June 30th!
This card is one I CASE'd (Copy And Share Everything) from American demonstrator Ronda Wade. I changed the colours, some of the dimensions, and the supplies. Voilà - a brand new card!
I love that CASEing is the done thing in the paper-crafting industry. Sharing designs for new creative inspiration is wonderful!
To make this card, I started by stamping the smaller flower from the Irresistible Blooms Stamp Set in Night of Navy Ink onto a scrap of Boho Blue Cardstock.
Using the Irresistible Blooms Dies, I die cut the stamped flower. I also cut out 3 leaves from Night of Navy Cardstock. Then I cut out a tag from Basic White Cardstock using the Tailor Made Tags Dies.
The Irresistible Blooms Dies include a number of very interesting card elements. (The best deal is to buy them with the stamp set as a bundle, for 10% off!)
To assemble, I began by adhering a 3 3/4" x 5" panel of Countryside Inn DSP to a 4" x 5 1/4" panel of Night of Navy Cardstock. Then I used Stampin' Dimensionals™ to attach them both to a 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" card base made from Basic White Thick Cardstock.
Next, I layered on the stamped tag, flower, and leaves, using Stampin' Dimensionals™ to pop up some of the items.
I fed a length of Night of Navy Bordered Ribbon through the hole in the tag and trimmed. Then I tied a small piece of White Twine from the Baker's Twine Essentials Pack to the ribbon, forming a bow and trimming.
