Friends, while cycling along the tidal Skutik/St Croix River this week, I saw my first daisy of the season. I love those cheerful flowers, how about you?
So today's card features the Fresh as a Daisy DSP. Bonus, it's 15% off in the DSP Sale thru June 30!

To make this card, I started by colouring a length of White Glittered Organdy Ribbon, using Lemon Lolly (Light) Stampin' Blends™.
Tip: Make sure to place a heavy paper underneath, as the alcohol markers bleed through readily. Then set aside the ribbon for a few minutes, to dry thoroughly.
Meanwhile, I used Something Fancy Dies to cut a label from Basic White Cardstock and a slightly larger, matching one from Garden Green Cardstock. I love the way these dies allow for layering and framing of labels:
Next, I stamped the sentiment from the Irresistible Blooms Stamp Set in Wild Wheat Ink onto the white label. I adhered it to the Garden Green label.
To assemble, I first attached a 3 1/2" x 4 3/4" panel of Fresh as a Daisy DSP to a 3 3/4" x 5" Basic White Cardstock panel. Here's the DSP, with its beautiful patterns and wide variety of colours:
I used Stampin' Dimensionals™to adhere the panels to a 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" Garden Green Cardstock card base. Then I added a 3 3/4" x 5" Basic White Cardstock panel to the card's interior.
With Stampin' Dimensionals™, I attached the labels to the card. Then I tied a bow in my coloured ribbon, trimmed, and adhered it with a Mini Glue Dot™.
My final step was embellishing with the Glossy Dots Assortment. I think the Daffodil Delight dots really make the card pop!
