Friends, on this celebratory weekend when I'm marking both my 2nd Stampiversary and my 29th wedding anniversary, I have another party card for you.

Like yesterday's card, today's card spotlights the fabulous new Beautiful Balloons Bundle and Bright & Beautiful DSP. I'll include a clickable photo supply list at the end of this post.
Here's how to make the card:
- Stamp a sentiment from the Beautiful Balloons Bundle onto the top of a 4" x 5 1/4" Basic White Cardstock panel in Berry Burst Ink.
- On a scrap of Basic White Cardstock, stamp a large balloon in Bubble Bath Ink. Then stamp the confetti balloon in Berry Burst Ink on top of it.
- Using Beautiful Balloons Dies, cut out the balloon, plus two smaller ones in Berry Burst Cardstock.
- Adhere a 2" x 5 1/4" strip of Bright & Beautiful DSP to a 2 1/2" x 5 1/4" strip of Berry Burst Cardstock.
- Add both strips to the Basic White stamped panel.
- Adhere lengths of Simply Elegant Trim to the backs of the balloons using Mini Glue Dots™. Trim as desired.
- Gather ends of trim together and secure on card with a Mini Glue Dot™. Add a bow on top to hide glue.
- Attach panel to a 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" Basic White Thick Cardstock card base using Stampin' Dimensionals™.
- Embellish with Rhinestone Basic Jewels.
