Friends, today I have one more Taco Fiesta card for you. It was inspired by a card designed by my friend, Genevieve Ko. I changed up the colours to give it a dramatic black background:
My card showcases the beautiful 2022-2024 In Color 6x6 Glimmer Paper. It's oh-so-sparkly, with the glitter right in the paper. So no glitter storms in your house, hooray!

To make the fringes on this card, I simply made repeated small cuts across my strips of paper. Then I glued the top part of each strip (without any cuts) onto my card, starting with the lowest fringe.
I also added a sentiment with Gold embossing and Gold Simply Elegant trim, for a little more bling.
