Hello Ladybug Vellum Basics Card

Friends, how about an easy card featuring a cheerful ladybug, for a weekend morning? For this card, I used the Hello Ladybug stamp set & Ladybug Builder Punch, plus the brand new Vellum Basics paper. I'll include a clickable photo supply list for you at the end of this post. Le jeu d'estampes est également disponible en français. 

My first step was to cut a Basic White label using Scalloped Contours Dies, then stamp the sentiment in Poppy Parade Ink. I also punched the ladybug from Basic Black & Poppy Parade and glued it together. With a Basic Black Stampin' Write Marker, I created the ladybug's spots.

Next, I used Mini Glue Dots to adhere the 3 3/4" x 5" Vellum Basics panel to a 4" x 5 1/4" Granny Apple Green panel. I wrapped a length of Black & White 1/4" Gingham Ribbon around the panels, securing to the back with Mini Glue Dots. Then I added the label with Stampin' Dimensionals. I tied a bow and attached both it and the ladybug with Mini Glue Dots, also adding Red Rhinestone Basic Jewels. My final step was to adhere the finished panel to a 4 1/4" x 11" Thick White card base with Stampin' Dimensionals.
