Painted Poppies Thinking of You Card

Today's card is the 4th and final in our series featuring the Painted Poppies stamp set, Painted Labels Dies, and Peaceful Moments stamp set. (You can find a clickable list of the products I used at the end of this post.) I'm indebted to American demonstrator Lyssa Zwolanek for these lovely designs with their contrasting colours and clean lines. If you missed the previous cards, you can find them here: Card 1, Card 2 & Card 3.

For this card, I started by stamping some poppies and leaves in Tuxedo Black onto Basic White Scrap. I coloured with Stampin' Blends: flowers in Poppy Parade (Dark) and leaves in Granny Apple Green (Dark). Then I used the dies to cut out the images, as well as a label in Basic White. I stamped the sentiment on the label with Tuxedo Black. Then I stamped Granny Apple Green splatter on a 4" x 5 1/4" Basic White panel, and I adhered all the die cuts with dimensionals, layering them over each other.

To assemble the card, I attached the stamped panel to a 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" Basic Black card base, then added some Red Rhinestone Basic Jewels. Easy-peasy!
