After a warmer-than-normal October and first half of November, we saw our first snowfall yesterday! And so today's card includes some snowflakes, to welcome the approaching winter season. It's also the second card in our series featuring the Christmas Scottie stamp set & Scottie Dog Punch. If you missed yesterday's card, you can find it here. Today's card involves three busy little terriers who look like they're up to something. (Being terriers, chances are, they ARE up to something!)
- Two different sitting Scottie images in Crumb Cake ink
- Standing Scottie in Tuxedo Black ink
- Sentiment in Poppy Parade ink
- Snowflakes in Mint Macaron along the sides and top of a 2 1/2” x 8 1/4” Basic White panel, overlapping edges as desired for random appearance
Next, punch or cut out the stamped Scotties, plus 3 bows from Poppy Parade Cardstock. Feed Baker’s Twine through a jingle bell and secure to back of a bow with a glue dot. Attach to black Scottie with a glue dot. Attach other bows to remaining Scotties.
Using Paper Snips, cut around sentiment. Die cut a 3” Gingham Cottage DSP circle using Stylish Shapes Dies. Adhere 3 1/4” x 8 1/4” Gingham Cottage DSP panel to a 7” x 8 1/2” Poppy Parade Cardstock card base. Add stamped snowflake panel to card base. Arrange punched and cut-out items as desired and adhere to card base, popping up Scotties, sentiment, and die-cut circle with dimensionals. Send the card in a Slimline Envelope.
