Faith Collection Thinking of You Card

Hello friends! And a blessed Good Friday to all who observe it. To everyone, I wish you a wonderful long weekend!

Due to being in the throes of tax season for my business, I was unable to do a Facebook Live demo this week. So I decided to do an Easter weekend card blitz instead! 

Come back every day of this long weekend (thru Monday) and see a new card with written instructions!

Here's today's card:

Here's how to make this card:
  1. Using the Faith Collection Stamp Set, stamp sentiment in Lost Lagoon Ink onto a 3/4" x 3 1/4" strip of Basic White Cardstock  
  2. With Paper Snips scissors, cut both sentiment piece ends at an angle for a decorative touch
  3. Stamp a wood-grain cross in Wild Wheat Ink onto the far left and far right sides of a 2 1/2" x 3 3/4" piece of Basic White Cardstock
  4. Adhere stamped cross panel onto a 2 3/4" x 4" piece of Lost Lagoon Cardstock
  5. Using Faith Collection Dies, die cut a plain cross from Wild Wheat Cardstock
  6. Cut a piece of Gold Foil Sheets large enough to die cut a cross with the Faith Collection Dies - but don't die cut yet
  7. Peel the backing from the top of an Adhesive Sheet enough to apply the Gold Foil Sheet piece to the adhesive 
  8. Cut around the Gold Foil Sheet with Paper Snips
  9. Position woodgrain cross die onto Gold Foil Sheet and run through die cut machine at least 10 times (each time including once forward and once backward)
  10. Use the Take Your Pick tool to poke out the tiny pieces from the die cut (if some pieces are still stuck, run the die cut through the machine again a couple of times)
  11. Peel the backing from the back of the die cut to reveal the adhesive from the Adhesive Sheets, then adhere die cut to Wild Wheat cross
  12. Using Stampin' Dimensionals™, attach cross between the two stamped crosses, at the panel's centre
  13. Cut a piece of Pretty Peacock & Gold Metallic Ribbon large enough to stretch across the cross panel and adhere to back of panel with Mini Glue Dots™
  14. Feed a small piece of ribbon through attached ribbon piece and tie once, then trim
  15. Using Stampin' Dimensionals™, adhere sentiment piece
  16. Attach a 4" x 5 1/4" panel of Everyday Happiness DSP to a 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" Wild Wheat Cardstock card base
  17. Using Stampin' Dimensionals™, adhere cross panel to card
