Happy Thursday, friends! I've been fighting the flu this week, so no Facebook Live. But I do want to share a card with you.
Last week, I promised to show you a card made with the gorgeous Floral & Gingham Vellum (pictured below):
Here's my card:

To make this card, here's what to do:
- Cut a Basic White Cardstock panel to match the size of the Layers of Beauty Masks. With washi or another low-tack tape, attach panel to a flat, smooth work surface. Tip: The Stampin' Glass Mat works great for this.
- Using Layers of Beauty Masks, make the floral design.
- Locate Mask #1 by finding the number at the top of the mask, just below the little triangle cutout. Line up mask over Basic White panel and attach to work surface with washi.
- Swirl a Blending Brush in the first ink pad. Add ink across mask with brush, moving in small circles. Tip: Use a light hand on the brush. You can always add more ink, but if ink is applied that is too dark or intense for your taste, it cannot be removed.
- Repeat steps 1-2 for each of the masks. Use these inks:
- Mask 1 - Lemon Lolly
- Mask 2 - Daffodil Delight
- Mask 3 - Peach Pie
- Mask 4 - Soft Sea Foam
- Mask 5 - Old Olive
- When image is complete, use Paper Snips Scissors to cut out image. (Or use Layers of Beauty Dies if you have them.)
- Select sentiment from Greetings for All Mix & Match Ephemera Pack. Using Pool Party Stampin' Blends (Dark), colour sentiment.
- To assemble card, start by attaching a 4" x 5 1/4" panel of Floral & Gingham Vellum Specialty DSP to a 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" Basic White Thick Cardstock card base.
- Using Stampin' Dimensionals™, add a 3 1/2" x 4 3/4" Basic White Cardstock panel to card.
- Also use Stampin' Dimensionals™ to add floral image and sentiment to card.
- Embellish with Glossy Dots Assortment.
