Beautiful Balloons So Thrilled Card

Friends, today I have a card for you using the fun & festive Beautiful Balloons Bundle. 

It's perfect for all your celebrations!

Here's my card:

To make this card, I started by die cutting:

• a balloon from Lemon Lime Twist Cardstock using Beautiful Balloons Dies
• a scalloped rectangle from Vellum Cardstock using Scalloped Contours Dies

Using the Beautiful Balloons Stamp Set, I then stamped confetti in Blueberry Bushel Ink onto the die-cut balloon. I also stamped my sentiment onto a scrap of Basic White Cardstock and cut out the words with Paper Snips.

Next, I used Stampin' Dimensionals™ to attach a length of Simply Elegant Trim to the back of the balloon die cut and added the balloon to the vellum. I also adhered the sentiment with Stampin' Dimensionals™.

I then applied Mini Glue Dots™ to the back of the vellum, where it was covered by the balloon and sentiment so the adhesive would not show through. I added the vellum to a 3" x 4 1/2" panel of Bright & Beautiful DSP.

To assemble the rest of the card, I adhered a 2" x 4 1/4" strip of Bright & Beautiful DSP to a 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" Berry Burst Cardstock card base. I layered on the finished DSP panel with Stampin' Dimensionals™ and embellished with Rhinestone Basic Jewels.
