Friends, today I'm continuing my focus on cards from an Online Class I taught this week, featuring the Hues of Happiness Suite.
If you missed yesterday's card, click here.
To make the card, just follow these instructions:
- Die cut a small tag from Basic White Cardstock using the Tailored Tags Dies.
- Stamp a sentiment from the Happiness Abounds Stamp Set in Night of Navy Ink.
- Feed a small length of White Glittered Organdy Ribbon through the tag and tie a knot. Trim with Paper Snips scissors.
- On scraps of Basic White Cardstock, stamp a flower and two sets of leaves in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink. Colour with Flirty Flamingo, Daffodil Delight, and Granny Apple Green Stampin' Blends.
- Using Blossoming Happiness Dies or Paper Snips scissors, cut out flower and greenery.
- Tear down the long edge of a 2 1/2" x 5" Hues of Happiness DSP strip.
- Adhere a 2" x 5" strip of DSP to the right side of a 4" x 5 1/4" Basic White Cardstock panel. Add the torn DSP strip on the left, so that the torn edge overlaps the 2nd DSP strip.
- Attach panel to a 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" Daffodil Delight Cardstock card base using Stampin' Dimensionals™.
- Also using Stampin' Dimensionals™, add tag, flower, and greenery.
- Embellish with Opal Rounds.
