Now that the weather is cooler and we're heading into cold & flu season, some of our friends and family might find themselves under the weather. Why not cheer them up with a beautiful seasonal card?
This card features the Apple Harvest stamp set. Ce produit est également disponible en français. I started with a base of Kraft Note Cards & Envelopes - super easy to use, as they're already cut & scored for you! As a bonus, they come with a storage box to keep or gift them in.
Using Tuxedo Black Memento ink, I stamped the small blossom repeatedly across the card front, being careful to stamp over the card's edges for a random appearance. Then I stamped the sentiment onto a scrap of Petal Pink Cardstock and the apple image onto a Basic White Cardstock square cut with Stylish Shapes Dies. Colouring was done with Stampin' Blends, using Daffodil Delight, Petal Pink, Soft Suede, and Granny Apple Green.
To assemble the card, I first adhered a 1 3/4" x 5" piece of Celebrate Everything DSP. (By the way, I find myself using this terrific all-season paper for so many projects! It has fantastic autumn prints, plus Christmas ones as well.) Then I layered on White 3/4" Frayed Ribbon and Black & White 1/4" Gingham Ribbon, adding a knot in the Gingham Ribbon. The final step was attaching the apple image and sentiment with dimensionals.
