Apple Harvest Card

Have you tasted any fresh apples yet this year? We had our first ones this weekend, collecting apples from the trees in our back yard. Then we made an apple crisp - which was a delightful mix of bold apple tartness and sweet brown sugar. Mmm!

And so today's card is all about apples. It features the ap-pealing (pardon the pun!) Apple Harvest stamp set and Kraft Note Cards & Envelopes. They come in a pack of 20 and even include a nifty storage box! Here's my card:

To make this card, follow these steps:

  1. Cut out a circle from Basic White Cardstock using the Stylish Shapes Dies.
  2. With the same dies, cut out a label from Granny Apple Green Cardstock.
  3. Stamp an apple onto the white circle in Tuxedo Black Memento Ink. Then colour it with Stampin' Blends: Poppy Parade, Granny Apple Green & Soft Suede.
  4. Stamp sentiment onto Granny Apple Green label.
  5. Fold a Kraft Note Card and burnish with bone folder.
  6. Adhere a 1 1/4" x 5" piece of Celebrate Everything DSP to a 1 1/2" x 5" piece of Shaded Spruce Cardstock with Stampin' Seal. Add them to the note card, also with Stampin' Seal.
  7. Attach the label to the back of the apple circle with a Mini Glue Dot, then add both pieces to note card with dimensionals.
  8. Add Classic Matte Dots as desired.
