Friends, today I'm sharing a simple card made with the beautiful Stars at Night Stamp Set.
At this very busy time of year, I find that simple, quick cards work best for me. Maybe you can identify?
So here's today's card:
I'll include a clickable photo supply list at the end of this post.
To make this card, I started by using the Something Fancy Dies to cut a label from Very Vanilla Cardstock. I stamped the sentiment from the Stars at Night Stamp Set onto it in Night of Navy Ink.
To assemble, I adhered a 3 1/4" x 4" piece of Shining Brightly Specialty DSP to a 3 3/4" x 5" panel of Wild Wheat Cardstock. While the Shining Brightly paper is now sold out, the beauty of this simple design is that any colours and papers can be used. Be creative and have fun!
Next, I adhered the Wild Wheat panel to a 4" x 5 1/4" Night of Navy panel. I then wrapped a length of Gold & Vanilla Satin Edged Ribbon around the panel, tying a simple knot on the front and trimming it. I particularly like this fantastic ribbon, because it can also be coloured with Stampin' Blends™ alcohol markers to match any project exactly. Tip: tie the knot before cutting the ribbon from the spool, to minimize waste & cost!
To finish the card, I used Stampin' Dimensionals™ to add the label and then attach the panels to a 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" Very Vanilla Thick Cardstock card base. I embellished with 2023-2025 In Color™ Dots.
Thanks for joining me today! I hope you enjoyed the project. Don't miss the bargains in the Clearance Rack Refresh, which just happened yesterday.
