Sweet Gingerbread From Our Home to Yours Card

Are you in the thick of sending out holiday cards? Today's card, the second in our series featuring the Sweet Gingerbread Bundle, offers traditional wishes from one household to another. And who could resist wishes arriving in such a cute package?

If you missed yesterday's card, you can find it here. I'll also include a clickable photo supply list of the items I used at the end of this post. And now for today's card:

I began by using the dies to cut out all the cardstock pieces that didn't involve stamping: houses from Blushing Bride and Coastal Cabana, a heart & tree from Sweet Sorbet, a label from Basic White, and 4" wide snowbanks from Basic White and Snowflake Specialty Vellum. Then I used Sweet Sorbet to stamp the sentiment onto the label, decorations onto the Blushing Bride house, and the roofline and door onto Basic White scraps. With Coastal Cabana, I stamped the door and roofline onto Basic White scraps as well, and I used still another scrap for stamping the wreath in Granny Apple Green.

To assemble the card, I glued the snowbanks to a 4" x 5 1/4" Blushing Bride panel, then I built the scene by adhering all the other pieces with Multipurpose Liquid Glue and dimensionals. I attached the entire scene to a 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" Sweet Sorbet card base with dimensionals and added Festive Pearls to the wreath and roofline of the Coastal Cabana house.
