Friends, today I have a Marker Storage Hack for you.
It's simple and inexpensive - and only requires three items! I'll include a clickable photo supply list for you at the end of this post.

To make this project, you'll need:
- an empty frosting bin
- 3 1/2" x 11" piece of Designer Series Paper
- Tear & Tape Adhesive
Here's how to make the hack:
First, clean a frosting bin thoroughly and remove the paper from the outside. (A little strip of paper left where the adhesive was is OK.)
Next, cut a 3 1/2" x 11" piece of Designer Series Paper. I used Lovely in Linen DSP, which is just $6.60 instead of $16.50 right now, as a retiring item in the Last Chance Sale. A great deal! Here's a look at this beautiful paper:
Apply 3 strips of Tear & Tape Adhesive, lengthwise along the 11" part of the paper - one on the top edge, one on the bottom edge, and another in the middle.
Tear & Tape is super-easy to use. Simply apply the tape, then tear it! (No scissors needed!) It's great for school and household projects as well as for crafting.
Remove the backing from the adhesive strips, then add an extra strip to one of the shorter, 3 1/2" edges of the paper. This will be your seam, overlapping one edge of the paper over the other. Remove the backing from the shorter strip also.
Finally, wrap the paper around the bin, starting with the end of the paper that does not have the extra adhesive strip along the 3 1/2" length.
Tip: Tuck the paper under the lip at the top of the container so that the paper goes on straight. Simply keep wrapping until you're out of paper and - voila! Instant marker bin!
